Our Grade 10 Semi Formal and Grade 12 Formal places for Custom designed and made gowns are very highly sought after. We only take 2-3 Bookings per month for formal gowns and spots can book out 12 months in advance. We meet roughly 6 months prior to the event to discuss in detail the gown design, fabrics and any unique features so that we may then cost out the gown and obtain the necessary fabric deposit from you. We take measurements usually 4 months prior to the event and begin making the gown 3 months prior to the event. The final Gown fitting is carried out the week prior to the Formal to ensure the perfect fit on the day.
Our custom Semi Formal Gowns (short Gown) start from $660 inc GST and our Grade 12 Formal Gowns (long gown) start from $880 inc GST however, we have been finding due to the detail and fabric choices the average cost of a custom designed Grade 12 formal gown can be anywhere from $880 to $2,600.00 inc GST, fabrics, fittings and a Garment Bag.
FORMAL PHOTOGRAPHY
We offer Formal Portrait Photography from $220.00 inc GST - this must be booked in advance and we will liaise with you closer to the formal date as to locations and times to meet for Formal portraits. 10 minutes of Family portraits are included in the session and we do not limit the amount of images we take during a session.
For Mackay Formals, generally our most popular locations are Queens Park or Botanical Gardens
For Moranbah Formal we use Hornery Group Grounds
All images will be supplied on a USB within 1 -1.5 weeks following the formal and a sneak peak on Social Media provided in 24-48 hours of the formal.
